Homeland Security Chairman Holds These Two People Responsible For Islamic State

Homeland Security Chairman and House Represenative Michael McCaul (R-TX) has laid the blame of terrorist attacks directly at the feet of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Democratic president Barack Obama..

While speaking at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast, McCaul called Clinton the architect of the Obama administration’s foreign policy.

Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State for four years from 2009 to 2013. During that time, she has been accused of funneling money from foreign interests through the Clinton Library, using a personal E-Mail server to conduct official State Business that she did not want revealed to the American public, along with attempting to cover up her actions by destroying the evidence, and lying to the American people about the cause of the Benghazi attack that left four American citizens dead.

McCaul accused Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama of just wishing the problem of ISIS away, and hoping that if America did not declare war on them, the terrorists would just leave the United States alone.

The administration and state department renamed the war on terror an “overseas contingency plan” and the terrorist attack on Fort Hood an “act of workplace violence.” They have released five senior terrorist leaders in exchange for one American soldier accused of desertion.┬áThe president went golfing immediately after the beheading of a U.S. journalist as if there was no problem that he saw. They have refused to refer to Islamic radicals who murder in the name of Islam as Islamic in any way. When you cannot name the enemy, you cannot hope to fight them.┬áThe administration has also made several statements undermining the Islamic radicals. Obama has referred to them as amateurs, as a JV team. He has bragged to the world that ISIS was contained and weakening just one day before the Paris attacks.

The problem is, that philosophy has blown up in the administration’s face. There have been multiple attacks of terror on American soil since the president took office, and Barack Obama is guaranteeing more to come by bringing in more than 10,000 Syrian refugees without the ability to vet them for terrorist ties.

Michael McCaul told the Washington Examiner that “terrorist groups in Syria have already attempted to gain access to our country through the U.S. refugee program.”

Federal authorities have arrested more than 70 ISIS operatives in America, and it is expected that more are to come.

McCaul called the president’s strategy one of “hesitancy,” and “half-measures.”

The Homeland Security Chairman expressed his frustration,

“I’ve had enough. We cannot be blind to the threat before us. ISIS is not contained. It is expanding at great cost to the free world.”
